Cardiacs back to make evil-doers pay when the system won't. This time, he's using articles in the Daily Bugle to find his targets. The first is a crooked businessman who pulls an Enron with his companies finances, and the second is a toy company manufacturing dangerous toys. Spider-Man shows up to try and stop Cardiac from doing too much damage, but in the end he has to save Cardiac from getting electronic parts thrust into his brain and a security guard from falling from an elevated rail with a chane about to run over his hands.
