Avengers Vol 1 #121 (VF)

The Avengers trace the Zodiac death-ray to the World Trade Center, but the battle ends abruptly when Mantis nearly falls to her death. Cornelius Van Lunt, a.k.a Taurus, meets with his Zodiac compatriots and devises a new plan that will destroy the Avengers.

The Zodiac escapes the Avengers for only a short while. The Avengers find a contingent of the Zodiac in their secret headquarters speaking to Cornelius Van Lunt, their financial backer. The Avengers attack to find themselves, and the contingent of Zodiac members who oppose the leadership of Taurus, in a trapped room. Van Lunt escaped the room moments ago and appears on a screen to inform the trapped people that he is actually Taurus and the room is a rocket designed to take them all into space.
