Plot Summary
A criminal called Nemesis is quickly becoming the crime lord of Arizona. His two main obstacles are the District Attorney and the DA's Private Detective sister-in-law. However when Nemesis' thugs kidnap the DA and attack his family, his sister-in-law and wife both gain the Uni Power and become Captain Universe. The two Captain Universes go on a mission to smash Nemesis' cartel and rescue the DA... but are they prepared for the shocking truth behind the crime lord's true identity?
